Ruth Bolas Wordelman is very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate. She is quick to respond to all questions, gives great advice, and helps the seller through the entire experience, including how to price your home, what needs to be done to present the home for potential buyers, how to move through all the legal paperwork, and she understands the emotional aspects that occur during the selling process. It is a bonus that Ruth also holds a law degree. The home I was selling had a full-price offer the first day it was listed on the market.
