Just closed on our house in Bennett. A 35 acre farm with a 3 bed/3bath ranch style house. There were many obstacles and Kim overcame them all! We are very happy with the price we were offered and very happy with Kim and her work. She was on top of EVERYTHING and, most importantly, was able to calmly address all of my concerns even when I got a little crazy in the head (selling a house is stressful!). Keep calm and trust Kim Brogus, is really the message that should be on all those shirts and mugs. If we were not moving out of the metro area, I would hire her again in a heartbeat. You can feel confident in her as your agent of choice.
