A BIT ABOUT ME ...

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me, Lindsey Schwarz.

I moved from Houston, Texas, and have enjoyed this beautiful state of Colorado, my home for over 18 years. After graduating from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, I fell in love with the community and the gorgeous view of the mountains that I get to see every day. Buying my first home here was the experience that sparked my passion for real estate.

In my past careers, I have been drawn to serving and motivating others to accomplish THEIR goals. I believe that we all strive for balance in our lives, and ways to continue to grow to accomplish our best selves. My mission is to always pursue knowledge and experiences that will support my passion in serving others and building long lasting relationships, professional and personal. To achieve balance the values that I embrace include; my faith, family, friends, and fitness.

In addition to my love for serving others and relationship building, I am extremely passionate about animals. I have 2 dogs (Bandit and Charlie) that I love to walk when the Colorado weather permits, and a cat (Mickey) that watches us from the window as we come and go.

I remember from buying my first home that the process is stressful, emotional, and a bit of a roller coaster. Perhaps as it should be, IT’S A BIG DEAL! But it’s also exciting, fun, and one of the most meaningful decisions we can make, where to call HOME. That is why I chose to help you enjoy the home buying experience (and keep the stress to a minimum), with more focus on the exciting journey towards the next phase of your life that you are embarking on.
