Shannon has been passionate about real estate her entire adult life! As a military spouse for over 30 years, both Army and Air Force, she has lived in eight states and two foreign countries. Her enthusiasm for buying and selling homes skyrocketed when she obtained her Hawaii real estate license in 1996, managing both commercial and residential properties. Years of moving with the military developed her expertise in purchasing, remodeling, decorating, and then staging the perfect home to sell quickly (after receiving orders for the next assignment)!
Amidst her world travels, Shannon was blessed to live 14 years in beautiful Colorado Springs working in sales and marketing. This allowed her to become intimately familiar with the neighborhoods and communities of the Front Range region. Her children attended elementary, middle, and high school in various districts throughout the Springs and Monument. She understands the importance of finding the right school and other challenges facing families relocating with children.
